Lee Min Ho is one of the highest-paid actors in the K-drama industry. He remains one of the most recognizable actors in the field and a top earner. Just one endorsement from brands is enough to buy an entire island. Thankfully, Lee Min Ho remains one of the kindest and charitable Asian actors. He is known for making countless donations to various charities, and hospitals that need help.

Back in 2015, Lee Min Ho also donated 100 Million won to UNICEF to aid the victims of the earthquake in Nepal. Lee Min Ho was awarded by the Ministry of Health and Welfare for his humanitarian efforts. Lee Min Ho is also active in reforestation projects and recycling projects with the help of his Taiwanese and Hong Kong-based fans. In 2019, he also donated an undisclosed amount of money to help the frontline and people who were affected by Covid-19.

Soong Joong-Ki

Soong Joong-Ki is considered one of the kindest celebrity advocates in Asia. He has been actively working with charities and humanitarian efforts since 2011. His philanthropic efforts were made public by the Korea Childhood Leukemia Foundation in their blog. He has done charitable works for 5 years in secret and more than 10 children have received treatment because of his donations.

Soong Joong Ki is also very active in raising awareness for childhood cancers through the ” Yellow Ribbon Campaign”. Not only that he is also active in UNICEF and has donated 100 million won. He is also known for donating all of his salaries from being featured on the May 13th episode of Hurry, Up Brother, a Chinese version of Running Man. Soong Joong Ki is well known for donating his earnings from fan meetings in Seoul in Thailand. He has also donated 20 million won in House of Sharing in Gwangju for the shelter for the home for the elderly.

Lee Jong Suk

Lee Jong Suk always makes it a point to donate meaningful donations to worthy causes. According to the development organization named Good Neighbors, the actor donated 100 million won to help support families and children in crisis. He also held an exhibition and bazaar named ” Dream with Us” to commemorate his 8-year career. During the event, they sold accessories, shoes, and clothes to raise money for charity. He is also known for joining the art project ” W” project to help designers, creative directors, and actors in 2016. Lee Jong Suk has been active in supporting organizations that help with medical care, housing, and education.

Park Seo Joon

Park Seo Joon is known for his good heart and charitable works. He is often donating to various causes and charities. The latest donation that he made is a whopping 100 million won to the Daegu Community Chest of Korea. It was intended to help treat patients with coronavirus, and to help set up negative-pressure rooms that are needed by patients who are under isolation. Park Seo Jun also donated 100 million won during the torrential rains and flooding in July of 2020 through the Korea Disaster Relief. Not only that he also donated 100 Million won to the Hope Bridge Association to help victims of the wildfire in Gangwon. The South Korean actor is also known for supporting child- adoption agencies and volunteers to join photo shoots to raise funds to help orphans receive proper love and care.

Kim Soo Hyun

Kim Soo Hyun is the highest-paid actor in South Korea and for a good reason. Every K-drama that he was ever done was able to earn well, all his projects are really enjoyed by fans worldwide. Kim Soo Hyun apart from being a really good actor is also a humanitarian. He participates in countless donation drives and also donated 100 Million won to the Community Chest of Korea. He wants to help the community of Daegu through helping purchase treatment devices and medical supplies while battling Covid-19.

Not only that, but Kim Soo Hyun also donated 300 million won to support psychological therapy and rehabilitation management of Danwon High School students, specifically the survivors of the Sewol ferry disaster. He also contributed 200 million won to the Chinese children throughout the length of his Hallyu celebrity career.
