“PR Person Consumed by Politics: The Perils of Power and the Illusion of Influence on Social media

It’s disheartening to see a once brilliant woman destroyed by her own political affiliations. The boat is sinking, but she doesn’t see it. Now there’s no way to escape.

Her posts are now filled with hatred, and she’s using her intelligence to incite people to destruction. She’s even calling for the burning of buildings. Power in the realm of politics can be intoxicating. I know this all too well; you think you have power and that this is the world. The attention from social media can be intoxicating, especially if you gain a considerable following. You start to think you can do anything.

Things get even worse if you become popular on social media and if you’re also rich with various connections. If you’re attractive as well, it’s a bottomless pit — you start to believe you’re always right, and that’s the worst kind of trap. You can end up in jail or even be killed.

I feel sorry for this woman who was once admired for her witty posts — her clever political and economic analyses. Now, she’s just an attack dog for a political party. The other person was smarter than the three of them. He went abroad for his studies, built a farm back home, and I suspect he’s still earning through his own efforts. He’s making a good income, studying…
