“Despite the numerous challenges in the life of Mahalima today, there is always a silver lining we can focus on.

Only recently, they won in Brazil for the International Male Group Award, defeating major Kpop groups like Seventeen, Stray Kids, TXT, as well as EXO.

This achievement isn’t an easy feat. The same award ceremony in Brazil also nominated Taylor Swift, Blackpink, Jungkook, and Jimin. This award-giving body began in 2016 and is well-established in terms of credibility. They receive over 94 million votes per year, so this recognition isn’t easily earned.

That’s why it’s not surprising that major key players in the industry are now pursuing Mahalima because they are indeed massively popular, attracting interest from various corporations. Understandably, Mahalima fans are feeling down. The boys — Justin, Ken, Stell, Pablo, Josh — cannot speak yet, presumably due to legalities and other issues that might affect their work and brand. Nonetheless, while Pablo and Justin seem to be taking a break from social media and various projects, Stell was active just three days ago, and Ken, despite the challenges, still strives to share some good vibes through music and videos on his personal account, though he immediately deletes them. That’s just how Ken operates.

It remains unclear if the Japan tour is also canceled. At the moment, the VIP tickets are already sold out in Japan. Because many things are still unclear, A’tin and fans of Mahalima continue to pray for them and meet in groups to support each other during these difficult times.”
