The Art of Rest
If you are a hyperactive person like me, the word ” rest” might be near impossible. Ideas come to me at a speed of lightning and information is digested in a fast manner. This could at times lead me to become very excited and energetic whenever a new project comes.
But over the years, I have become to understand the need for Total Rest. Since the age of social has begun, we always want to be perceived as busy, that we are always in control of time and that the information and people around us rule our lives. But the truth is, there must be a time to ponder about the “Higher” things in life.
This reality is not everything. In fact, it might this reality might not mean anything at all. Humans have the tendency to perceive their career, their status in life, material possessions and the idea of others about them as real standard truths that they must adhere to.
This is normal, all of us have gone through this stage and us, after all, are seeking ways to become noticed in this dimension. I talk about the need for rest- mental rest to ponder not just the importance of family and discernment of who our real friend are- but the need to ask– what is this life all about.
I previously mentioned the study of the Archangels- There has been a sudden need to learn more about them. There is what you would call a thirst, for the spiritual. Don’t get me wrong I am not advocating any religion- I don’t even go to church daily- and I am not affiliated with any current religion. The study of other beings outside of our comprehension will always be a matter of interest for us. Once we begin to see, that this life, the one we have right now is just a mere construct and we and our brains have created what we see and what we believe in.
Once the knowledge became clear- once I began to understand that this life is not just about money, status, it is not just about your family, or your career- my thirst for the Mysterious and the Unexplained increased.
I wanted to learn more about the Archangels, the Seraphim, who is Archangel Metatron. What is the effect of the Occult Practices in our lives? Is there such a thing as Black Magic? what is the Illuminati, what are the Reptilians, who controls who- how does our banking system work? Who creates who? Because while these things are not important to a lot of people who are just beginning in their quest. The ideas stored in here, develop and dictate who will be become not just in the afterlife but in the current life.
When I speak about the Archangels, I don’t simply mean relying on the Bible. The Bible has substantial information but we don’t know how to interpret it yet and it has been a misused Source of information. I am talking about the Private willingness to learn about the Secrets of the Universe- after all, I have this lingering belief that somehow we are sleeping inside a capsule, unaware of the real truths around us because we have not chosen to wake up yet.
While I would still function as a regular human being, with bills to pay, and a career to work on. I do have this thirst for more spiritual knowledge. The knowledge that is not provided by any priest or pastor, but the knowledge that I myself was able to attain through constant meditation and rest.
When I say rest. It means to stop worrying about the practical things in life. Since the Universe is abundant, once you begin to understand that everything is a vibration, you will have no fear about your financial situation. You will be taken care of. A lot of high priests and pastors already know this, but have failed to transmute it into words that will reach the soul of the listener.
It is true, that once we seek first the Kingdom of God, all these things will be added unto us. But it does not simply mean, going to Church on Sundays and thinking that this is the way we should understand the precious gifts of the Universe.
My first study would be the Archangels. I am more interested than ever to know how they influence and affect our lives. Because the knowledge provided by this world is so easy to understand.Most simply abide by earning material wealth- this is easy to do. Material wealth, possessions, information and money is one of the easiest things to come upon- there are an eternal flow and source of money that Worrying is useless.
But the thing that we have to Ponder upon, are the things that we cannot immediately see, but feel — we feel that a lot of things remain unexplained> each of us has a longing to understand that which is above and beyond the human comprehension as of this time. With the help and Guidance of the Universe, I hope to write more- understand more and encounter more books for my Spiritual understanding.
There has to be something more to this. I have asked this before, and I know that life is not just about eating, drinking wine, fulfilling life goals that are still set in the physical realm. Something is happening right now, that Humans have to wake up to. But first one has to rest–and feel the Earth as it pulsates and moves — we have to find a way to calm our thoughts and feel the pulse- the frequency of the Universe so that we can be One with it.
